1. Introduction Welcome to Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud provides a range of equine services, including but not limited to:
– Broodmare servicing
– Stallion handling
– Boarding and care
3. Service Fees
-Broodmare Servicing: Fees for broodmare servicing are calculated per service.
Each service includes bandaging, cleaning of both the mare and stallion, and handling by experienced horsemen.
⁃ Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
⁃ Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Booking and Cancellation
– Booking: Services must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to confirmation.
– Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Responsibilities of Clients
– Health and Safety: Clients must ensure their horses are in good health and provide accurate health records.
– Equipment: Clients are responsible for providing any specific equipment required for their horses, unless agreed otherwise.
– Conduct: Clients must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud.
6. Liability and Guarantee
– Care and Handling: While all care will be taken in the handling and servicing of horses, Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud will not be liable for any injury, illness, or death of a horse except in cases of proven negligence.
– No Guarantee of Pregnancy: Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud does not guarantee that a mare will conceive.
We ensure that all necessary and proper procedures are followed during servicing, which includes multiple manual servicing attempts. However, if the mare does not conceive, Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud is not responsible.
– Insurance: Clients are encouraged to have their horses insured. Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud carries its own liability insurance, but this does not cover the clients’ horses.
7. Boarding and Care – Boarding Fees: Fees for boarding will be charged at the agreed rate. This includes basic care, feeding, and housing.
– Medical Care: Any necessary veterinary care will be provided at the owner’s expense. Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud will make every effort to contact the owner prior to any non-emergency veterinary treatment.
8. Health Requirements
– Vaccinations and Health Records: All horses must be up to date on vaccinations and have current health records before arriving at Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud.
Any horse arriving without proper documentation may be refused entry.
9. Confidentiality Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud will maintain the confidentiality of all clients’ information and will not disclose any details to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coddington Bracewell Elite Polo Stud operates.
